I tenei wiki, ā, ka mau te wehi!! Nga mahi o toku kaiako o Rowandale he rawe!

Our week opened with a great flag raising and korero from our children.
The work the children have done this week has been great. From learning about the māori gods to learning of a Hangi.
The children got to prep the hangi and then to eat the rewards.
Some liked some kai but not all e.g. cabbage
Our fridays assembly represented the end of te wiki o to reo māori. We had some of our children perform in the kapa haka group and they were all amazing. And then to top off the already amazing assembly we had Te kapa haka a whanau Awhina from Clendon Park school. Such a beautiful community that supports all our tamariki. Its blessed to be in a diverse community.
