PARK n WALK - Week 9

Image
On Wednesday our Travel Wise team set the bar with walking to school from two set areas. 1) Mormon church on Rowandale Ave 2) Rowandale reserve next to the diary on Rowandale Ave. There was an outstanding number of children 303 approx walking and then reaching school to then put their name on the Travel Wise tree and then receive their warm milo and cookie. Such an amazing turn out, so proud of the teachers and the support from the parents to get our children in those areas. The winning class with most children participation will be announced at assembly on Friday 5 April. This will be a Pizza lunch delivery. Very excited for the winning walkers class. Thank you to our Whakapono 20, 11 walkers of 25. Enjoy our blog. Mr Savage leading the way and keeping our children safe.
